These Terms and Conditions establish the basis upon which Bloom Events provides services to clients. By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Booking and Payment Terms
2.1 Deposit and Payment Schedule
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and price. This deposit is non-refundable.
- The remaining 50% balance is due two days prior to the event.
- The agreed price is based on the location confirmed at the time of booking. If the event location changes, the price may be adjusted accordingly.
- A request for a change in location will be subject to availability and must be made with sufficient notice. Bloom Events will not accept any location change requests made less than 48 hours before the event.
2.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or any other methods indicated during the booking process. All payments must be received within the timelines specified, or your booking may be subject to cancellation.
3. Event Setup and Requirements
3.1 Sleepover Parties
- Our sleepover parties are set up before the guests arrive. Setup and pickup times will be confirmed during the week of the event.
- You are responsible for providing a room with enough space to accommodate the party setup. The room should be free of furniture, or there must be sufficient space to comfortably fit our teepees and tables. The mattress dimensions for our teepees are either 160cm long and 70cm wide or 190cm long and 60cm wide. Please refer to our website for specific measurement requirements.
- Teepees must not be moved from the place they are originally set up and should be kept away from any sources of fire.
3.2 Access for Setup
- For Sleepover Parties, setup is available in spaces that involve a single flight of stairs (e.g., to a basement or first floor). We do not set up parties on higher floors unless a lift is available or prior arrangements have been made. Additional charges may apply for second-floor setups due to the potential need for extra personnel or time.
3.3 Picnic Parties
- For picnics, if the event is unable to take place on the scheduled day due to weather conditions, a new date will be set based on availability and mutual agreement.
- If the picnic is cancelled within five days of the event, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
- Clients should ensure that there is an indoor backup location or a gazebo available in case of inclement weather.
- Parties held in public parks should be set up close to a car park for easy access to the event materials and setup equipment.
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1 Event Space Preparation
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the event space is prepared according to the requirements mentioned in Section 3.
- The client is responsible for any permits or approvals required for hosting events in public spaces such as parks.
4.2 Safety and Usage
- Teepees, decorations, and other setup items must not be moved after initial placement by the Bloom Events team.
- Clients must take necessary precautions to keep teepees and other setup materials away from open flames, heaters, and other sources of heat.
5. Changes and Cancellations
5.1 Changes to Event Details
- If you need to make changes to the date, time, or location of your event, please notify us as early as possible. Requests for changes must be made in writing and will be subject to availability.
- Requests to change the location of an event must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event time. Location change requests made less than 48 hours before the event will not be accepted.
5.2 Cancellations
- The 50% deposit required to secure your booking is non-refundable.
- Any cancellations made within five days of a picnic party will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
6. Liability and Safety
While Bloom Events takes great care to ensure that all services are provided safely and professionally, we cannot accept liability for accidents or damages that occur due to the misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines provided during setup.
We will not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or alterations to the event caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, access restrictions, or customer non-compliance with the agreed terms.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Bloom Events is committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your personal information.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
